this is one of my projects since like i got inside the fandom. my love for hetalia, high fashion and strangely lady gaga all started in the december of 2009. i was just too lazy to act on the idea so i only got to it now.
FR, UK, US, CAN.
France's inspiration is hella obvious. though the inverted eiffel tower had no hidden innuendo when i designed it i assure you :> the blue part supposed to be the night sky and it's supposed to be sparkly for the stars.
UK her royal highness. i don't like the pig tails but... the belt part is made out of the sashes and the medals and stuff. and kilt <3 <3 <3
US lol the only notes i have for her are the shoes. it's chuck inspired. like imagine them in canvas material and the bands the hold the shoe are laces.
CAN i've not thought about him that much OTL. i apologize, it's the best maple inspired outfit i came up with in 15 mins.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactFrance is nearly perfect, the idea is thrilling the lines are wonderful and the colors work nicely. However, the underskirt is in such a different style from the rest of it that it clashes a bit. See, the rest of the outfit is loose and flowing and inspired by paris at night, right? But the skirt is just a little too tight to go with the rest of it, perhaps a looser, more tulip like drape? Or perhaps a bit of layering? Rose petal style?
England's is very nice as well, but it is a bit busy. May i suggest, cutting down on the sleeves poof a bit, and increasing the volume of the skirt. The pantiloons under the skirt are adorable, but like the sleeves, the poof is a little bit out there for an item that would be under a skirt. I think it might look a little odd unless you cut the skirt up the leg so it shows off more...
America is perfect. all of the items are spicey and totally HER. It screams "america!" and i love the converse idea for the boots. It has an appealingly free mix of high school style and fashion model to it. Tres magnifique!
Canada... I like the idea of using the leaf as clothing in of itself but perhaps in a different manner? A leaf veined red corset maybe, with the leaf parts hanging down around the skirt... the largest in the back with a bit of lace framed in the front? Also, try the idea of canada as a snowy country, perhaps a moor gauzy filmy snowy cloth for the shoulders. Or better yet! FUR!
Overall a pleasing and appealing drawing, with its good points far outweighing its bad ones. And even those aren't truly bad, just a little out of place.
